Pursue ULAP's Legislative Agenda, Consensus Policy Statements and proposed amendments to the 1991 Local Government Code;

Enhance cooperation, continued sharing and exchange of information, resources, facilities and technical expertise among all Member-Leagues;

Adopt and advocate a common and united stand on various policies, critical issues and proposed legislations affecting the Leagues and LGUs;

Create a smooth linkage and ensire a formidable partnership with all the stakeholders, particularly the National Government Agencies(NGAs) civil society, Congress, the academe, International Organizations, Non-Government Organizations(NGOs), and others concerned;and

E

Encourage abd sustain cooperation, linkages and joint ventures with international and national funding institutions and he business community as well as affiliations with similar entities, particularly with the International Union of Local Authorities(IULA) so as to enhance capability programs for the Member-Leagues, Local Government Units and its local officials.
