Respectfully endorsing the appointment of DILG Officer-In-Charge Undersecretary Austere A. Panadero as the DILG Undersecretary for Local GOvernment.
Enjoining all Local Chief Executives to allow Public Health Midwives to perform homebirths after office hours, and to receive professional fees therefore without authority from the concerned Local Government Units. Resolution 2007-013
Respectfully requesting Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to include the allocation of Php 5 Billion Kilos Asenso fund in the Proposed General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2008 as the counterpart funding of the National Government to the Kilos Asenso Movement of the Local Government Units. Enjoining the newly Elected Local Officials to support the full implementation of E.O. No. 51 promoting Breast-Feeding among mothers, and adopting a National Code of Marketing of Breastmilk substitute and related products. Resolution 2007-015
Requesting Her Excellency President Gloria Macapaga-Arroyo to amend Section 3 of Executive Order No. 351 Entitled "RECOGNIZING THE UNION OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES OF THE PHILIPPINES (ULAP) AS THE UMBRELLA ORGANIZATION OF ALL THE LEAGUES OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGUs) AND LEAGUES AND FEDERATIONS OF LOCAL ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIVE OFFICIALS"
