Most earnestly and respectfully requesting the regular appointment of DPWH Officer-In-Charge(OIC) Manuel M. Bonoan as the DPWH Secretary.
Strongly opposing Senate Bill 2248 entitled "AN ACT LIMITING THE PERIOD OF AMORTIZATION OF LOANS CONTRACTED BY LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE LOCAL EXECUTIVES CONCERNED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES". Resolution 2007-008
Resolution affirming the support of the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines for the programs of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo by working for the 12-0 victory of the Team Unity in the Mid-Term Senatorial Elections on May 14. Resolution 2007-009
Expressing ULAP's support and commitment to the Bureau of Animal Industry's proposal for the support of Provinces to the Anti-Rabies program and for the Enacment of the Anti-Rabies Bill of the Philippines. Resolution 2007-010
Urging Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to certify as urgent administration bill proposed H.B. No. 743 extending and strengthening the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program(CARP) beyond 2008 to sustain the improvement of the socio-economic condition of the rural poor and promote peace and sustainable development in the countryside.
